Shoreline City Hall - Shoreline, WA

The Shoreline City Hall 67,000 square foot building is home to the City of Shoreline's City Council and city government offices. The building serves as a community anchor with large open public spaces, amphitheater and courtyard.

The council chambers hosts an array of custom compact fluorescent pendants that provide a diffuse glow upon the ceiling and general ambient lighting. Paired with PAR spotlights trained on the council members, the two-tier lighting combination provides the quality of light required for video production and live TV broadcasts while maintaining a comfortable and dynamic environment.

Exterior plaza and paths are illuminated with ceramic metal halide bollards and LED strip light concealed in the concrete bench. Recessed linear fluorescent fixtures and downlights provide pools of light at the council chambers and city hall lobby entrances.

The City Hall achieved the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Rating.
