At the same time, the Client's desire to maintain the eclectic style of the old beach house ensured that the design objectives included the warmth and vitality of a home to be filled with the antics of children and grand-children.
A combination of incandescent, fluorescent and LED sources were carefully applied in order to achieve energy-savings where practical, and a warm ambience as required.
